Today’s article in The New Republic spotlights an opportunity for states to increase funding for consumer-directed care, which allows a Medicaid recipient to pay a family caregiver.

I believe we need a private section solution that’s similar -- a way for siblings and other family members to pool money to pay the primary family caregiver. I think Carefull could be a great fiduciary to manage the program and ensure proper use of funds.
